Yep, all three of those are very prevalent running themes. I would say that another is the death of the parents, or at least the father.

Another one would be The poor girl finds out she is rich.
Another one, the mother is always a ditz and only cares about looking good.
The Grandmother rules the family is another good one.

Another is a hero (male) figure who strays off the path of "good" at least once, but we like him again later.

Examples:

Logan cheating on Heaven with Fanny.
Cary is a jerk to Melody at first.


Another is the lead female character straying away from the love interest we think she should be with, but she falls for somebody else.

Examples:

Heaven with Cal instead of Logan.
Dawn with Michael Sutton instead of Jimmy.
Melody develops a crush on Kenneth while she's with Cary.
