I think Ruby and Beau were when they thought they could make the switch between Ruby and Giselle and they could live happily ever after.

That's a good one, Ashley868 (this is going to be confusing with 2 Ashleys!).
I would have to say that the character I believe to be the most naive is definitely Dawn.

Definitely Dawn, then Audrina, and then probably Annie. I think she was more naive than Heaven, although Heaven certainly had her moments in the beginning...
